HOW TO GET STARTED
What does it take to get started? Not much. Your IT Department or Independent Software Consultant must create one basic reusable extract program that exports job and invoice data into separate transferable files utilizing industry-standard CSV-file data exchange formats and a simple file specifications. These files are then submitted to ARS for processing in lieu of manual entry and tracking.
HOW IT WORKS
Once ARS receives your extract files we import your jobs then apply your invoices against those jobs by utilizing a unique project ID field. Our sophisticated in-house software then takes over allowing invoices to accumulate against jobs. Through our time-proven RWS Web interface, your employee may then file and track all your preliminary notices, file amends and upgrades, etc., many times with a single mouse click as and when your company sees fit. ARS automation adds an additional layer of assistance with automatic accumulator tracking notification when job dollar amount thresholds are reached
