Original Contractors must file lien within earlier of 90 days of project completion or 60 days of Notice of Completion or Cessation. Other contractors/suppliers must file within earlier of 90 days of project completion or 30 days of Notice of Completion or Cessation. Notice of Mechanics Lien must be served to owner prior to filing lien claim.
